Affirmations vs Declarations: What's the Biblical Difference and How to Use Them

Here's the difference between the two: An affirmation is to be said severally over the course of time; it's a constant confession based on God's Word (see Hebrews 4:14; 13:5-6). To affirm something is to make it "firm" in the heart, from whence proceed the issues of life. On the other hand, a declaration is made once. When you declare something, it's a faith-based one-time decree, a statement of faith (see Mark 11:22-24), which is made once, without an iota of doubt, and considered a done deal.
